Coffee 

Coffee  is brewed beverage which is prepared from the roasted or baked seeds of genus coffea.

The earliest credible evidence of coffee drinking appears in the middle ages, with the first coffee cultivation taking place in southern Arabia.In India,  Coffee cultivation dates back to 1600AD.The main coffee plantations are in Idukki and Wyanad districts.

The two most common coffee beans used today are Arabica and Robusta. Once ripe, coffee berries are picked, processed and dried to yield the seeds inside. The seeds are then roasted to varying degrees, depending on the desired flavor, before being ground and brewed to create coffee.
