Delivary Information

Each order is shipped to a single destination address. If you want the shipment to a different address, you will need to place multiple orders. The shipping cost has already been included.

We ship only through reputed courier agencies, mainly India post.

If you believe that products are not in good condition or if the package is tampered with or damaged,  please refuse to accept the package and call our customer care or send email to  asparagusindia@gmail.com

We make every effort to ship each item of your order within 2-3 working days of the order being placed. However in some cases we may take up to 10 working days to ship the order as we may have to collect it from different farmers and producers.

If an item is out of stock we will email you an option to cancel your order or to wait until stock is available. In case of a cancelled order, a refund will be made within 2 weeks.
